Position Overview

Genetec is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – Enterprise / Signature Brands to drive business growth across Italy, with a specific focus on enterprise and signature brand customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers, partners,



and system integrators while promoting Genetec’s unified security platform and portfolio of solutions.

This role requires a strategic sales professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver value-driven security and intelligence solutions across large enterprise organizations, leading brands, and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline across Italy, with a focus on enterprise and signature brands, to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, and system integrators.
- Promote Genetec solutions, including video management, access control, ALPR, and unified security platforms.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Work closely with channel partners to expand market presence and drive joint opportun
