To maintain our reputation for excellence and provide exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front office team with professionalism, precision, and passion.

Role Overview
The Reservation Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all reservation activities of Villa Eden, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-end booking experience that reflects the standards of a Leading Luxury Longevity Retreat.
At the core, the role is about converting demand into revenue while delivering an exceptional first guest experience already at the booking stage.
Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience at the Reservation Department in a luxury hotel environment is essential.
Experience with Leading Hotels of the World standards is a strong advantage.
Languages: Fluency in English,



Italian, and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
Skills: Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in property management systems and office software.
Personal Attributes: A guest-focused mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality.
Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Front Office Experience

Experience: Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel environment is essential.
Experience with Leading Hotels of the World standards is a strong advantage.
Languages: Fluency in English, Italian, and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
