The Head of Operational Excellence will lead continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives across the company's European renewable energy portfolio, with a focus on operational performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and standardisation.
This role works transversally across Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, and O&M;, driving operational standards, contractor governance, and performance frameworks, while ensuring lessons learned from operations are embedded into future project design and execution.
Responsibilities Lead optimization of operational contracts, including O&M; agreements, security services, and SCADA/communication scopes.
Drive contractor consolidation and standardization strategies to improve service quality and achieve economies of scale.
Define owner's operational requirements, contractual KPIs, and performance scorecards.
Support and lead European-level RFP processes, including technical specifications, benchmarking, and negotiations.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify underperformance trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions with internal and external stakeholders.
