To strengthen our team, we are seeking a new team member inItalyto join us as soon as possible.
As a Sales Manager at Körber Pharma Software, you will drive sustainable revenue growth byacquiringnew customers while developing and managing existing strategic accounts. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint within the pharmaceutical manufacturing andlife scienceecosystem,leveragingour portfolio of softwareand servicesolutions.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role requiring a strong mix of hunter and farmer capabilities, strategic thinking, and consultative sellingexpertise.
Your role in our team
NewBusiness Development (Primary Focus)
Identify, target, and win new customers across the pharma and life sciences sector
Build and execute a structured pipeline generation strategy
Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles from qualification to closing
Develop strong executive relationships with key decision-makers
Account Management & Growth




Own and expand a defined set of existing customer accounts
Identifycross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Körber portfolio
Drive customer success and long-term partnerships in collaboration with delivery and customer success teams
Act as the trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives
Deliver against annualand quarterlysales targets and KPIs
Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene (Salesforce) andaccurateforecasting
Manage deal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
Represent Körber at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Provide market feedback to shape product strategy and positioning
Yourprofile
5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales
Proventrack recordin new business acquisition ("hunter mentality")
Strong experience in account management and revenue expansion
Industry knowledge in pharmaandlife sciences
Experience selling complex, high-
