Field Clinical Specialist
The Field Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing clinical/technical product support on our products and give training to our and distributor employees. They work closely with the commercial team to support on wet- & dry labs, presentation,
congress participation and supporting on Proctor- & Preceptorships.
They addresses customer needs and expectations and develop close relationships with the Cardiac surgeons in their area of responsibility.
The Field Clinical Specialist becomes a widely-known and trusted brand ambassador for the company and its products.They fully comply with the Code of Ethics and conduct business in a fair and ethical manner. Individuals in this role interpret and enforce company policy, procedures and business practices.
Essential Functions
Global areas of Focus
Work in close collaboration with the Field Clinical Director on all activities in the country/region.
Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative product support
Field-based product training activities
Information dissemination regarding approved labelled indications for use
In-depth and up-to-date personal knowledge base regarding all CORCYM products
Field-based informatio
