Etro is New Tradition, the sum of artisan know-how and creative experimentation. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by anticipating and exceeding clients' expectations.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of ETRO's history, heritage, values, and Accessories collections.
Guide customers through the ETRO selling ceremony, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through proactive clienteling activities and CRM tools.
Provide styling advice and share insights on fashion trends, the luxury market, and ETRO collections.
Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets while supporting business development op
