You will report to the Construction Site Manager and work closely with engineering, quality, contractors and other discipline supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise civil and structural construction works (earthworks,
foundations, concrete, steel, buildings, drainage, infrastructure)Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and proceduresMonitor contractor performance, progress and resourcesReview method statements, ITPs and quality documentationOversee site activities (excavation, reinforcement, anchor bolts, concrete, backfilling)Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teamsSupport resolution of technical issues and non-conformitiesEnsure punch lists are tracked and closedVerify HSE compliance on sitePrepare progress reportsSupport completion and handover phasesReview as-built and red-mark documentationTechnical RequirementsDegree in Civil / Structural Engineering8–10 years of experience in construction supervisionStrong knowledge of concrete, steel structures and site QA/QCExperience with drawings, specs and ITPsAbility to read multidisciplinary drawingsAvail
