When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work As a Commercial Manager, you're not leading commercial strategy across multiple segments and revenue streams – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay memorable for every guest.Typical Day ResponsibilitiesOwn commercial strategy and execution: develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams – including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa – to drive top-line performance and market share growth.Maximize revenue and profitability: partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales,
and deliver profit and margin targets.Lead pricing and forecasting strategy: oversee revenue management practices including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews to optimize revenue across all segments.Align sales and marketing efforts: coordinate on‐property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand.Adapt to market dynamics: monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions.Strengthen stakeholder relationships: build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value.Cultivate a high‐performing team: drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.What It Takes to Make the Stay at HiltonA passion for sp
