They are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a flagship data centre development in Milan. The role covers full commercial management of MEP packages across the project lifecycle, working closely with project leadership, site teams, design managers and client representatives to ensure robust cost control, contract compliance and strong commercial performance. You will be responsible for managing valuations, variations, procurement support and subcontractor accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and effective commercial management across all MEP scopes within a complex, fast-paced delivery environment.

Working closely with engineering, planning and delivery teams, you will ensure scope alignment, cost certainty and commercial risk is actively managed in line with programme and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage MEP commercial activities across the full project lifecyclePrepare and review valuations, applications for payment and variation accountsAdminister subcontractor accounts and manage contractual obligationsSupport procurement of MEP subcontract packages and suppliersMonitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial reportingIdentify, assess and manage commercial risks and opportunitiesEnsure contract compliance and adherence to main contract requirementsWork closely with engineering and site teams to align scope and deliverySupport change management, claims and compensation events where requiredLiaise with client and consultant teams on commercial mattersContribut
