We have partnered with a European Infrastructure Private Equity fund to appoint an Investment Director to its Milan office and oversee origination and execution of mid-market transactions.
As the Investment Director for Infrastructure Equity in Milan, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the investment activities, strategies, and portfolio management for infrastructure assets within the firm. You will work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with a highly skilled team to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities while ensuring alignment with our firm's ESG investment objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Strategy:
- Develop and implement investment strategies for infrastructure equity in Milan, Italy.
- Define investment criteria and parameters, including asset types, sectors, and risk profiles.
- Identify and assess market trends and opportunities for infrastructure investments.
- Develop and implement investment strategies for infrastructure equity in Milan, Italy.
- Deal Origination and Execution:




- Source, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on potential infrastructure investment opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, structuring, and execution of equity investments.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure successful deal closure.
