and developing a proactive business strategy alongside the management team.You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, energetic approach tochallenges.What You'll Do:PeopleInspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of dedicated Michael Kors brandambassadors.Sales and ServiceLead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable.Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations.Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue.Ensure consistent client communication using all available clienteling tools.OperationsMaintain inventory integrity through scheduled audit
