Country Manager - Business Account at satispay. About the role Satispay is on a mission to enhance its financial platform and is looking for a strategic leader to oversee its Business Account segment. This position is pivotal in steering the growth and strategic direction for business clients within a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will be entrusted with comprehensive operational and financial oversight for this essential area of the business.

Engagement: Full-time
Compensation: Starting from €120,000.00 gross per annum, with the possibility of a higher salary based on your experience.
Workplace: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)
What you'll do Formulate and implement a robust growth strategy for the Business Account division, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.
Establish, lead, and enhance the commercial sales network to drive business development.
Work closely with product development, growth, and other internal teams to shape product offerings and market strategies aimed at acquiring new users.
Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, overseeing the adherence of new features to financial regulations.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to foster collaboration and drive business success.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in leadership roles with direct responsibility for profit and loss management.
Proven track record in scale-ups or B2B technology sectors, particularly in Fintech, SaaS, or transactional platforms.
Experience in building, structuring, and leading sales team
