The Head of Social Media leads and designs social media strategies, tactics, campaigns and tools coordinating and monitoring growth, engagement and conversions within digital platoforms. This role also has a direct oversight over the implementation on the influencer strategy and work in very close partnership with other Corporate Functions and regional subsidiaries to cascade and align global messaging and initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage all social media platforms and drive social global campaignsArticulate a content strategy and a social media calendar tailored to each channelEnsure proper amplification of key brand messages locally and globallyPartner with teams and agencies, to execute effective localised plan and ensure global coordination maintaining influencer marketing activityWork with external agencies to secure online reputation and crisis management implementing appropriate action plansMaintain a direct relationship with social media platforms representatives and media partnersEnsure the correct execution of social community management practices and moderationKeep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencersManage social media budget to maximize ROI and achieve business plansResponsible for the implementation and execution of performance reporting and analytics with a defined cadenceSupport PR Team to strategize ongoing brand ambassador partnerships and leverage effective visibility on OVS/PIOMBO/OVS KIDS/Les Copains/Altavia/Shaka/BAngelsocial platformsDrive content innovation, market first partnerships with key social platforms and build communities through online/offline experiencesProfile8-10 years of experience leading social media strategies for Fashion/RETAILExperience using a variety of popular social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTubeFamiliar with tools for scheduling, reporting, publishing and analysing social mediaGood experience in stakeholders and agencies managementExperience working with influen
