Product Manager – Filler MetalsAt ESAB, we are looking for a Product Manager – Filler Metals to join our commercial team in the Med sub-region. In this role, you will drive the local execution of the European Filler Metals strategy and support the commercial organization in achieving sales and growth targets across distributor and direct sales channels. You will work closely with Area Sales Managers, Sales Agents, distributors, and key accounts, providing product expertise, market insights, and sales enablement to strengthen ESAB's position in the market. The Product Manager filler metal will also be part of the commercial support to the internal sales network and the distribution channel, granting a proactive support on strategic sales initiatives, planning and monitoring campaigns, keeping focus on strategic products sales progress, tracking filler metal opportunities and driving commercial activities according to the targets.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the European Filler Metals strategy at sub-regional levelSupport the sales team and distributors with product knowledge,



technical guidance, and recommendationsDeliver product trainings to internal teams and distributor partnersSupport product launches, campaigns, and portfolio updatesAnalyze sales performance and identify growth opportunitiesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain a competitive positionSupport customer troubleshooting and resolve product-related issuesProvide market feedback to European Product ManagementBenchmark and position products to be within the local market requirementsBe proactive in the funnel processSupport sales team with commercial initiatives, track opportunities, and drive salesYour ProfileRequiredTechnical or engineering backgroundMinimum 3 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of welding processes and filler metalsExperience working with sales or cross‐functional teamLocal language C1 and English minimum B2Driver's license and willingness to travel 2–3
