We're looking for someone to set its direction — with the solid technical foundation needed to lead the development team, not just describe what they'd like built.What you'll doProduct vision and strategyDefine the product vision and strategy, turning the evolution of the decentralised energy market into an executable roadmapDecide what we build and, above all, what we don't: priorities, trade-offs, release sequencingLead discovery, user research and validation, working closely with the Energy division, our partners and real usersOwn the end-to-end user experience: we serve prosumers, professionals, businesses and public administrations, with very different levels of energy literacyDefine product metrics and use them to drive decisions, not to justify them after the factDrive go-to-market alongside the commercial team: positioning, pricing, evolution of the offeringTechnical leadershipOwn architecture and stack decisions together with the development team,



with an eye on scalability, reliability and costEnsure quality, security, data management and regulatory complianceStay close enough to the technical detail to be useful: reading a spec isn't enough here — you need to be able to challenge a solutionManage relationships with technology vendors and partnersTeam and organisationBuild and grow the product and engineering team: hiring, roles, delivery processesEstablish a sustainable way of working: release cadence, technical debt management, the relationship between product and internal stakeholdersReport directly to the management team, with ownership of the division's objectives, budget and KPIsWho we're looking forDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in product leadership roles (CPO, Head of Product, Lead PM), ideally in startup or scale-up environmentsProven management ability: you've
