Both plants are on a journey to upgrade to state-of-the-art manufacturing operations, improving OEE, labor productivity, quality, material efficiency and end-to-end flow.Your ImpactFurther develop and update the 3-5-year manufacturing excellence roadmap for Avezzano and Veronella.Lead key improvement initiatives across the value stream (from pasting and curing to assembly, charging/finishing and logistics) with a focus on:OEE and throughputLabor productivity and line staffingScrap and quality lossesMaterial efficiency and design-to-costImplement and standardize Lean / CI methods (VSM, SMED, 5S, standard work, visual management, problem solving) and contribute to manufacturing excellence standards and audits.Help teams frame clear problem statements and business cases for key initiati
