Smartness in Italy is seeking a Performance Marketing & Tracking Specialist for Smartads to drive direct bookings across lodging clients. You will own end-to-end campaigns and measurement, from onboarding to optimization and reporting.You'll manage tracking audits, analyze results, and present insights to clients and internal teams. Fluency in Italian and English is required; German is a plus. This remote role offers competitive compensation with an OTE of €50,000 to €60,000.
