We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Manager, Electronic Controls to accelerate growth across our electronic controls portfolio in Italy and surrounding markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a strong electronics or controls background who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, influencing technical decisions, and working closely with customers to deliver high‐value solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth of Electronic & Controls solutions across assigned territories and customer accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, contractors, integrators, and end users
Work closely with Account Executives to uncover and execute cross‐selling opportunities within existing compressor and system business
Provide technical sales support during customer discussions, specification activities, and solution development
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for electronic controls solutions
Deliver product presentations, customer training sessions, and value‐based sales demonstrations
Support new product introductions and market launch
