Sales Manager Italy

To strengthen our presence in Italy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Italy to drive growth across the food and beverage industry, with a focus on dairies, breweries, and beverage producers, as well as system integrators and machine builders serving these industries.
Your Responsibilities
Provide technical consulting and solution-oriented support to OEMs and end customers in the dairy, brewery, and beverage production industries
Actively develop and grow a customer base while identifying new business opportunities within a high-potential sales territory
Work closely with customers to identify needs and develop tailor-made solutions, creating long-term value and partnerships
Manage and win customer projects from opportunity identification through negotiation and successful closure
Collect and structure Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to deepen customer understanding and contribute to continuous product and solution development
Maintain accurate documentation of activities and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
Represent Anderson-Negele professionally in the market,



collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a consistent and high-impact customer experience
Your Profile
Completed degree in engineering, food technology, business administration, or a comparable field
Experience in food production, process industries, and technical sales
Strong passion for sales, combined with curiosity and openness to modern, value-based sales approaches
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Italian and English
Willingness to travel within Italy to support customers and business development activities
Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is an advantage
