To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a motivated, creative and quality-driven Pizzaiolo / Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) who supports our team with culinary craftsmanship and a passion for high-quality ingredients.
Your Tasks
Preparation of pizza and bread dough
Fresh preparation of all ingredients and preparation of pizzas and breads
Attractive presentation of the finished pizzas
Supporting the kitchen in the preparation of food
Daily control of the inventory
Responsibility for the cleanliness of the workspace
Compliance with and enforcement of quality and hygiene guidelines (HACCP guidelines)
Your Profile
Work experience as a pizza chef
Passion for cooking at a high level
A thirst for knowledge and enjoyment of new culinary challenges
Team spirit, motivation and creativity
Knowledge of German or Italian
