Donatella Versace remains the Chief Brand Ambassador for Versace since April 1st, 2025.The E-commerce Business Analyst & Tester will join the E-Commerce team, acting as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that the digital platform meets high standards of usability and functionality.This person will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining business needs, and conducting testing activities to ensure seamless user experiences across our online channels.Furthermore, the E-commerce Business Analyst & Tester will play a crucial role in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
This includes analyzing website performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing A/B testing strategies to maximize online sales and user engagement.Your Contribution:Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., E-Commerce, IT, CRM, Operations) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital projects.Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with technical teams and external vendors.Monitor e-commerce KPIs and identify areas for process and system improvements.Support the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.Monitor developments to evaluate KPIs and iterate developments towards optimized performance.Work closely with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and maintenance of integrations.Design, execute, and document test cases and test scripts
