To strengthen our team, we are seeking a new team member in Italy to join us as soon as possible. As a Sales Manager at Körber Pharma Software, you will drive sustainable revenue growth by acquiring new customers while developing and managing existing strategic accounts. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint within the pharmaceutical manufacturing and life science ecosystem, leveraging our portfolio of software and service solutions. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role requiring a strong mix of hunter and farmer capabilities, strategic thinking, and consultative selling expertise.Your role in our teamNew Business Development (Primary Focus)Identify, target, and win new customers across the pharma and life sciences sectorBuild and execute a structured pipeline generation strategyLead complex,



solution-based sales cycles from qualification to closingDevelop strong executive relationships with key decision-makersAccount Management & GrowthOwn and expand a defined set of existing customer accountsIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Körber portfolioDrive customer success and long-term partnerships in collaboration with delivery and customer success teamsAct as the trusted advisor for digital transformation initiativesSales Execution & ForecastingDeliver against annual and quarterly sales targets and KPIsMaintain high-quality CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and accurate forecastingManage deal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and contract closureMarket EngagementRepresent Körber at industry events, conferences, and customer meetingsProvide market feedback to shape product strategy and positioningYour profile5-10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software salesProven track record in new business acquisition ("hunter mentality")Strong experience in account management and revenue expansionIndustry knowledge in pharma and life sciencesExperience selling complex, high-value solutionsDemonstrated success in multi-stakeholder, long sales
