Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Trade Marketing & Sales Support Manager for Theatrical Distribution in Italy who will be responsible for developing and executing co-operative trade marketing campaigns with cinema circuits while providing essential sales support to maximize commercial performance across the theatrical slate. This dual-function role combines strategic marketing partnerships with operational sales execution, working closely with exhibitors to optimize both promotional impact and booking performance. The position translates release strategies into circuit-specific marketing activations while supporting session planning, bookings management, and box office analysis. This position reports to the Heads of Italy Theatrical Marketing & Distribution.
The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 7 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
Key job responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Exhibitor Partnerships




Develop and maintain strategic relationships with cinema circuit marketing teams to create effective and innovative marketing campaigns that connect target audiences for all theatrical releases
Negotiate co-op marketing agreements with circuits, including budget arrangements, sequential activation, flighting, promotional commitments and marketing deliverables
Coordinate joint and integrated promotional activities including in‐cinema displays, website and lobby takeovers, premium format promotions, and digital signage campaigns, point of sale & concession campaigns
Coordinate the production and delivery of circuit‐specific marketing assets including standees, posters, digital content and co‐branded materials
Track and report on co‐op marketing campaign effectiveness and return on investment by circuit
Provide market intelligence from circuit partners to inform marketing campaign development and sales negotiations
