The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company.Your TasksConduct discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities addressing key pain points such as automation, analytics, NLP, and generative AIDefine and prioritize use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and implementation effortDesign scalable AI solutions and prototypes, ensuring cross-portfolio reusabilityOversee implementation, including vendor selection, team coordination,



and technical validationDevelop toolkits and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption and enablement across Mutares and its portfolio companiesYour ProfileSuccessfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineeringor a similar field with outstanding resultsAt least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in business contexts, delivering large-scale AI or digital transformation projects in leading management consulting firmsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approachStrong understanding of machine learning, LLMs, MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP)Business fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise mannerWillingness to travel up to 4 days per week (typically Monday – Thursday) and to work in an international environmentWhat Mutares offersWork in a
