We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and expanding our market presence within a defined territory or segment.

Expand and secure market position within the designated sales territory.
Acquire new customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Conduct contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
Plan and deliver product presentations to prospects
Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Ensure accurate CRM updates and timely reporting of pipeline and forecasts.
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within hospitality technology (PMS and Payments).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
