In this leadership role, you guide a regional team of Field Service Engineers responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of Vertiv and legacy equipment at customer sites. You drive service quality, safety, and satisfaction through people leadership and strategic planning. You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics to ensure reliable, on-time service delivery. You'll shape team development, optimize coverage, and pursue continuous improvement to meet customer needs and business goals.
