Sr Record to Report Consultant - Workday Success Plans Software ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Specialista Senior / Project Manager Show compensation In this role, you act as a trusted Workday advisor, helping customers unlock value from Workday implementations and post-Go-Live usage. You'll deliver targeted micro-consulting, guide configuration, and demonstrate Workday features to drive adoption. You work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and articulate clear benefits to clients. The position blends hands-on configuration with customer education and strategic guidance, within a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts Deliver small-scope consulting and provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and practical tips Troubleshoot product configurations to meet business requirements Communicate responses and value clearly to customers Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator) Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews) Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications; stay aligned with roadmap Stay current with industry practices and engage customers on relevant topics Help develop new programs to drive customer feature adoption Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with optimization opportunities Provide one-on-one customer configuration designs; support deployments of Workday features Travel up to 20% as needed 5+ years of implementation experience 5+ years of experience with Workday deployments and financials systems 3+ years of software consulting experience In this role, you act as a trusted Workday advisor, helping customers unlock value from Workday implementations and post-Go-Live usage.
