Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will support the accurate and timely management of key accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cashiering activities, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and Four Seasons corporate policies and procedures.
Support the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activities, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, monthly reconciliations, and period-end closings.
Ensure the accuracy of financial records by reviewing, reconciling, and processing accounting transactions in a timely manner.
Verify and match invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and approved purchasing procedures.
