Senior Manager Accounting Processes (all genders) In this role you will lead and coordinate accounting-process initiatives globally, driving system implementations, policy changes, and reorganizations. You'll shape end-to-end process standards across group entities and strengthen controls in collaboration with multiple functions. You'll pursue automation and tooling to boost efficiency and quality while ensuring IFRS/GAAP alignment. This is a cross-functional, transformation-focused position at a multinational, offering a hands‐on opportunity to impact finance operations and governance. 30 days annual holiday monthly allowance for public transportation in-house canteen holiday pay and annual premio (depending on performance) Lead internal projects impacting accounting processes, including system implementations, reorganizations and policy changes Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy,



and automation of accounting workflows Assess new tools and digital solutions to improve process quality and reduce costs Define and standardize end-to-end accounting processes across group entities Strengthen internal controls across accounting processes Develop and maintain standardized accounting documentation Ensure alignment with corporate accounting policies and IFRS/GAAP requirements Collaborate with IT, Controlling, Tax, Procurement and other functions for seamless integration of accounting requirements Coordinate with Internal Audit, SOX team and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions 8+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or listed environment Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements Proven track record in process optimization, transformation projects, and cross‐functional collaboration Experience with ERP systems and digital tools for automation and workflow management Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills Analytical mindset with a drive
