Internationally acclaimed luxury hospitality design firm Tihany Design is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager/Design Manager to join the Roma studio.



REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture Minimum 5 years of related experience including demonstrated success as a project manager on a range of hospitality interiors project types Strong interior architectural drawing and technical detailing skills Proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office Experience with the entire project lifecycle Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight deadlines Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills Leadership and ability to collaborate with project teams Positive attitude, flexible and enthusiastic RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all phases of hospitality interiors projects, including project set-up, design and construction administration Key team member managing the Client Management relationship Developing project schedules for each phase in conjunction with client construction program Ensure projects conform to contract Managing projects independently, coordinating and cultivating relationships with other project consultants, sub-contract
