Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university• Work experience of fifteen (15) years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports.Project QA/QC Manager for the overall onshore and offshore fields development.• Major Contracts involving detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction for Offshore Platforms, Onshore Mellitah Complex Expansion work scope, Offshore pipelines, Subsea Production facilities, Subsea control system and Offshore Drilling contracts• Development of the project Quality Management System• Establishing quality processes internally/with Contractors• Review and approval of contractors technical qualifications and procedures (NDT, fabrication, welding, hydro etc.)• Monitoring of the QA/QC implementation process throughout the project execu
