About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer (L2/L3) at CodeRoad, you will serve as the technical backbone of our client's cloud infrastructure operations and deployment ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between initial incident detection and advanced architecture, taking full ownership of deep-dive operational troubleshooting, infrastructure health, and performance tuning across complex cloud environments. Working directly with modern deployment pipelines and AWS services, you will ensure seamless release cycles, secure access controls, and robust cloud reliability.
This role is critical to maintaining zero-downtime operations, driving cloud efficiency,
and accelerating software release velocity across high-performing PODs. By anchoring our infrastructure operational strategy, performing rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and automating manual maintenance tasks, you will directly safeguard platform stability while enabling product engineering teams to scale smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Anchor deep-dive technical troubleshooting, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex AWS infrastructure and application-level issues.
Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to guarantee reliable, automated, and swift releases.
Design and refine Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to drive consistent provisioning across environments.
Optimize cloud resources, load balancers, container orchestration systems, and database connection pools for maximum performance and cost efficiency.
