JHC Consulting is currently managing a mandate for an established Italian infrastructure group. This engagement involves a deep analysis of governance structures and long term strategic planning. To support the execution of this work, we are adding an Intern Project Manager to our team. This role is not a traditional coordination position focused on software tools or status meetings. Instead, it is a position designed for someone who can manage the administrative and analytical flow of complex written work. As a fully remote firm, we rely on precise coordination and clear written updates to ensure our principals can focus on the core task of advisory. This is a paid internship, and the compensation is competitive within the professional services market.

The Role
In this role, your primary responsibility is to support the lifecycle of a mandate from the initial reading phase to the delivery of the final memorandum. You will track the progress of specific research tasks related to the Italian infrastructure group,



ensuring that all source materials are organized and accessible for the principals. Much of your day will involve reading internal documents, identifying gaps in the available information, and summarizing key data points for the lead authors.
You will manage the timeline for document revisions, ensuring that every draft undergoes the necessary scrutiny before it moves to the next stage. Because we do not use slide decks, your focus will be on the structure and integrity of the written word. You will act as the point of contact for information gathering, translating the needs of our principals into clear requests for data. You will also maintain the firm's internal record of signed memoranda, ensuring that each completed piece of work is archived according to our standards for discretion and accountability.
