Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue through effective partner management and strategic initiatives, setting and achieving ambitious targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships by understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Innovation:
Identify new business opportunities and implement creative strategies to enhance partner satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and a unified partner experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Channel/Partner Sales Management experience within the Cybersecurity industry.
- Strong channel/partner sales experience (VARs, distributors, MSSPs) and proven ability to generate pipeline through partners
- Experience in new business development, account mapping, and joint business planning
- Experience in end user management especially in the commercial space.
- Based in Milan or North Italy, with good knowledge of the local partner ecosystem
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Willingness to travel for partner events and meetings.
