Job Overview:
The Security Manager is responsible for implementing security policies, corporate loss‑prevention measures, and management protocols, with a primary focus on internal security and asset protection within environments such as retail, logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce.



This position reports directly to the Market Head of Operations and functionally to the Group Quality & Security Director.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identifies and mitigates risks such as internal/external theft, fraud, waste, and product damage through audits, data analysis, and KPIs (e.g., shrink rate, inventory accuracy).
- Develops and implements security policies and procedures in line with applicable national and international standards and regulations. Oversees video surveillance systems, alarms, access controls, and anti‑intrusion protocols; trains staff on security procedures.
- Conducts risk assessments and security audits across different sites. Develops prevention and response plans.
- Coordinates daily security actions with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Establishes service level agreements and performance metrics for all warehouses and teams.
- Leads, manages, and trains internal security teams.
