Part-Time Private PA – Milan

Hours:Minimum of 10 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility to provide additional support when required
Rate:€35-€50 gross per hour, depending on experience
A high-profile football family who have recently relocated to Milan are seeking an experienced and highly capable Private Personal Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive lifestyle and administrative support, helping the family settle into Milan and managing all aspects of their day-to-day lives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Booking restaurants, appointments and family activities
- Organising activities and arrangements for the children
- Assisting with immigration and relocation matters
- Liaising with estate agents, banks and local service providers
- Managing household bills, paperwork and general administration
- Coordinating travel, reservations and personal appointments
- Handling any other requests required to ensure the family’s life runs smoothly

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a high-net-worth family or individual. They must be exceptionally organised, discreet and proactive, with excellent knowledge of Milan.
Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
