Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join one of the production departments at the Sesto Fiorentino (FI) site: Packaging, Formulation, Filling, or Visual Inspection.

The selected candidate will be part of a cross-functional team and will play a key role in the technical management of production lines , ensuring operational efficiency, supporting activity planning, and driving continuous improvement. The goal is to ensure compliance with production, maintenance, and HSE standards, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety,



and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure deep knowledge of the production process and all its components (including technical documentation);
- Define and manage the correct setup of production equipment to ensure alignment with the production plan;
- Prepare operating procedures and technical notes to share best practices across teams;
- Manage process anomalies and lead root cause analysis and first-level problem-solving;
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to execute routine and extraordinary maintenance (IC/IL, predictive, corrective);
- Carry out specific interventions on production equipment and support predictive maintenance activities;
- Analyze process data and manage key performance indicators (OEE, alarms, rejects, downtime, AQMS data, etc.);
- Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives and CapEx projects;
