Eli Lilly Italia is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Sesto Fiorentino site in Packaging, Formulation, Filling, or Visual Inspection.
You will be part of a cross-functional team, manage production line performance, support maintenance, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
The role requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Automation Engineering and 1–2 years of experience, with English at least B2.
