Opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental. Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The property will feature 82 rooms,

ABOUT THE JOB
Buffet Preparation and Setup
- Set up and arrange the breakfast buffet according to the hotel’s standards,
- Set tables for guests following established procedures,
- Prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, etc.),
- Replenish the buffet throughout service,
- Check the freshness and quality of all items served.

Culinary Preparation
- Prepare simple in-house items (cakes, crepes, muffins, etc.),
- Cook or reheat certain products (pastries, bread, eggs, etc.),
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Guest Service
- Welcome guests courteously and professionally,
- Ensure guest satisfaction and
