Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance technicians across assigned shifts and ensuring the effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
This role supports equipment reliability, production continuity, safety compliance, and maintenance performance targets through the coordination of maintenance operations, technical resources, and cross-functional collaboration.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for technicians across assigned shifts.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Prioritize maintenance work orders based on production requirements, equipment criticality, and operational needs.
- Monitor maintenance quality and verify the proper completion and documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Support equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and machine restart efforts.
