2nd Shift Builders & Machine Operators - Put Your Skills to Work

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am | Overtime Available on Fridays

Assignment Length: Ongoing / Long-term Opportunity

Our client in Milo is hiring dependable team members for 2nd shift including Builders and Machine Operators (Upcut Saw & Beam Saw). These positions pay $18/hr and are long-term opportunities with a consistent full-time schedule and overtime potential.

These are hands-on manufacturing roles ideal for candidates with carpentry, building, or machine operation experience. Whether you enjoy assembling finished products from blueprints or operating production equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to use your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Typical Daily Duties:




- Perform carpentry and assembly work to build store fixtures and displays
- Operate saws, drills, Upcut Saws, Beam Saws, and other production equipment
- Follow blueprints, measurements, and work instructions to ensure quality products

What We're Looking For:
- Experience with carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, or machine operation
- Comfortable operating saws and other machinery with training provided on specific equipment
- Ability to read a tape measure, follow instructions, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality
