Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D; team. This is a hands-on position bridging 3D CAD design and physical prototyping. Working alongside Senior Engineers and, you will contribute to next-generation desktop card printers (including the RTP3 project) and support legacy product lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Prototyping & Physical Assembly: Build, calibrate, and fine-tune physical prototypes for new product developments (RTP3 project).
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform mechanical regression testing, system validation, and root-cause analysis on field failures for current and new product lines.
- Product Engineering Support:



Create assembly instructions, manage mechanical Bills of Materials (BOMs), and interface with suppliers for prototype components.
- Design for Series Production: Study micro-mechanics and kinematics for card personalization devices, taking progressive ownership of specific sub-assemblies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Requirements
- Education: Technical High School Diploma / ITS Degree (Mechatronics, Mechanical Design) OR Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Design & Engineering.
- 3D CAD Proficiency: Practical proficiency in 3D CAD software (experience with SolidWorks or Solid Edge is strongly preferred).
- Drafting Skills: Ability to generate clear, precise 2D technical drawings with standard tolerances.
- Hands-on Mindset: Demonstrated comfort working in a testing lab, using mechanical hand tools, and assembling physical prototypes.
