We are looking for aBridge Builder. You need to be fluent in two languages that rarely speak to each other:Deep Learning(Perception) andControl Theory(Action).
What we are looking for:
- The Bridge:You understandMachine Learning(Transformers, 3D Vision) ANDRobotics(Kinematics, Trajectory Planning, Impedance Control).
- The Pedigree:PhD in Robotics, Computer Vision or Machine Learning.
- The Proof:First-author publications in top-tier venues (ICRA, IROS, CVPR, ICML, T-RO, RA-L or equivalent).
- The Code:You write Python that survives production, not just Jupyter notebooks that run once.

What we are NOT looking for:
- Pure NLP/LLM specialists.
- Pure Hardware/Mechatronics engineers.
