About The JobThe Director of Rooms is responsible for leading all Rooms Division operations across the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, Guest Services and Reservations. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the guest journey, from arrival through departure.
