This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, engagement and commercial performance through the orchestration of online and offline content initiatives, ensuring a consistent and consumer-centric brand experience across global and local channels.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Product Marketing, Retail and eCommerce, the successful candidate will define communication priorities, optimize media investments and establish best-in-class standards for content distribution and campaign execution.




Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Communications & Content Strategy
- Define, develop and execute integrated communication and content marketing strategies across the entire customer journey;
- Lead the creation, orchestration and distribution of brand campaigns and commercial content across digital and offline channels;
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints;
- Coordinate communication plans and campaign activations to maximize impact and efficiency.

Advertising & Media Management
- Lead the planning, implementation and optimization of online and offline media and advertising strategies for the Italian market;
- Oversee media investments to maximize effectiveness, reach, engagement and return on investment;
- Collaborate with external media agencies and strategic partners to ensure high-quality execution and innovation;
