Compliance Manager – AOC Start-Up | Business Aviation NEA is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join the management team responsible for establishing a new Business Aviation AOC in Italy. This is a key position within the project. The selected candidate will be the primary person responsible for building the compliance and regulatory framework of the company and will play a central role in taking NEA from the start-up phase through to AOC issuance. Main responsibilities Lead the Compliance workstream for the creation of the AOC Set up the Compliance Monitoring System Coordinate the AOC certification process with ENAC Prepare and maintain the required manuals, procedures and compliance documentation Support audits, findings and corrective actions Work closely with Operations, Safety,
Training and Continuing Airworthiness Requirements Previous direct involvement in the creation and certification of an AOC Experience in an aviation start-up Proven experience dealing directly with ENAC Strong knowledge of EASA Air OPS Ability to produce aviation manuals and procedures from scratch Fluent Italian and English Ability to work independently and take ownership of the certification process Previous Business Aviation experience will be considered a strong advantage We are looking for someone who has already done this before and can become one of the key figures in the development of NEA's future AOC operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
