As an Account Executive Italy, you will be a key part of our New Business team, driving Shopware's growth in the Italian market. You will own the sales process from qualified opportunity to close, build strong relationships with prospective customers, and turn their business needs into successful partnerships.
Working closely with our Sales Development, Marketing, and Partner teams, you will help expand Shopware's presence in Italy and shape the future of digital commerce in the market.
You own the sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close , acting as a trusted advisor and key commercial contact for prospective customers.
You drive and close new business opportunities in the Italian market , turning customer needs and business objectives into compelling, value-driven solutions.
You build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers , confidently navigating complex buying processes and negotiations.
You collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Partner Management, and other teams to strengthen our market presence, drive growth, and bring relevant customer and market insights back into the organization.
This is what you'll bring to the table:
You bring several years of experience in B2B software sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
You have experience managing complex sales cycles , from qualified opportunity through negotiation to closing.
You understand the Italian market and know how to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
You take a data-driven and structured approach to sales and are confident using CRM and sales intelligence tools, ideally HubSpot.
You are fluent in Italian and English and communicate confidently in bo
