Find your calling at MercyThe hospital operations supervisor will have direct responsibility for daily operations, including evaluating, planning, directing, and coordinating activities for their assigned unit/department(s). The hospital operations supervisor may be asked to undertake various special projects. Performs and/or delegates duties of staff members in the absence of the direct leader.
