In this role you will lead the Marketing Operations function across a multi-brand, multi-market environment to scale Mar Tech, automation, and CX integrations. You'll shape the operating model, tooling strategy, and delivery standards within the Marketing Co E, working closely with brand teams and local web/dev groups. You will drive scalable processes and AI-influenced tooling adoption to improve speed, quality, and consistency of marketing execution. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic governance in a fast-paced, AI-influenced marketing landscape. Own the Mar Tech & Automation stack across brands and markets (Hub Spot, automation platforms, tagging, data flows) with standards for configuration, integration health, and tool adoption Lead CX Integration, including campaign-driven landing pages, web assets, tracking/QA bridging Marketing, UX, Product, and Tech Support agile delivery and sustain sprint-based operations with governance and facilitation Drive tool and AI enablement, surfacing best practices, playbooks,



and training to boost adoption Lead and develop pillar managers and specialists across CX Integration and Mar Tech/Automation Own cross-functional operating model prioritisation, governance, and quarterly planning interfacing with Co E leadership Monitor and improve operational health metrics like time-to-market, data quality, and deployment reliability Promote shared standards and playbooks to reduce duplication and variance across brands Proven experience Leading marketing operations, Mar Tech, or Rev Ops in a multi-brand or complex environment Strong hands-on command of modern marketing stack (Hub Spot or comparable, GA4, Google Tag Manager, automation platforms, CDP/BI tooling) Ability to build scalable standards, processes, and documentation across non-uniform tech stacks Fluency in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint-based models Systems thinking with ability to translate between marketing, product, and engineering People lead
