We are seeking a professional who can understand business priorities, influence decision-making, and build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders. As an IT Account Manager , you will serve as the strategic point of contact between Würth IT and the companies of the Würth Group. You will be more than just an intermediary:
you will act as a trusted advisor and driving force, helping to shape priorities, guide decisions, and deliver tangible business value to the customer. Responsibilities Manage the strategic and operational relationship between Würth IT and the companies of the Würth Group, acting as the primary point of contact for business IT needs. Build strong partnerships with both IT and business stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of priorities, objectives, and key processes across the various Group companies. Identify and translate business needs and opportunities into concrete IT solutions, promoting a proactive and value-driven approach. Ensure the effective delivery of IT services by monitoring quality, timelines, performance, and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Coordinate teams, service managers, and cross-functional projects, fostering communication and collaboration across different functions. M
